The coach that
runs with you.

A running coach that remembers every session, builds your week around what you actually ran, and knows when a niggle needs respecting. Built by a qualified running coach and sports rehabilitation specialist.

A coach, not a tracker

Your watch tells you what happened. Your coach tells you what to do about it.

It remembers everything

Every run, every niggle, every conversation. The longer you train together, the better it knows how you respond — and the better the advice gets.

A plan that adapts weekly

Each week is rebuilt from what you actually ran, not what the template said. Missed a session? Your coach notices and adjusts — no guilt, just the next right step.

Built on sports rehab

Load spikes, recurring tightness, return-to-run: your coach is grounded in clinical rehab knowledge, so it flags risk early and explains the why.

A recap after every run

Your route coloured by pace, your splits, how it felt, and your coach’s take on what it means for the rest of the week.

Train with your people

Add pals, start a crew, plan group runs and find races that fit your training. You choose who sees each run, and your start and finish stay hidden when you share one.

Learn as you go

Articles, videos and drills from a qualified coach — picked for where you are in your training, not a generic feed.

Inside the app

One coach, from the first run of the week to the last.

  • The Today screen: a tempo run marked done, the next race, 38.2 of 55 km this week, and your coach’s note after the run

    Today

The session, your week so far, your next race, and what your coach made of your last run.

  • The Coach chat: the runner asks whether to race parkrun after a heavy-legged tempo; the coach says to run it at threshold

    Your coach

Ask anything. Your coach answers from your runs, your plan and how you said you felt.

  • The Train screen: Thursday’s tempo done, a rest day, and Saturday’s parkrun changed by your coach to threshold effort

    Your week

Built from what you actually ran, and changed when it needs to be, with the reason.

  • A run recap: elevation profile, how it felt (hard, 8 out of 10, heavy legs) and the next session

    After every run

Elevation, how it felt in your own words, and what’s next.

Real screens from the app, shown with example data.

How we’ll prove it works

A father and son. 34 years apart. One coach.

We’re ChangePace’s first two athletes. Different ages, different histories, different goals — same coach. Every session it gives us, and every result, goes out in the open. If it works for both of us, it can work for you.

Win a Bushy Park parkrun

Ran 16:40 for 5K at sixteen, then life happened. Now coming back — and aiming to finish first at Bushy before turning 31 or reaching parkrun #250, whichever comes first.

Coming soon · Run of the Day

Every run, every day. What the coach said, how it went, what changed.

Soon, one minute per run: our footage, our honest feedback, and how our coach changes the plan in response. Here’s how one of those runs goes.

1Coach prescribed
6 × 400m at 1500m effort, 90s jogRebuilding leg speed for the track. Years of Spartan training built strength — now we sharpen turnover.
2How it felt · Phil Snr
“First four felt smooth. Five and six, the hamstring started talking so I eased off.”
Coach’s response
Right call. Reps 5–6 slowed while heart rate kept climbing — that’s fatigue, not fitness. Tomorrow becomes an easy 30 minutes plus the hamstring routine.Plan updated → 400s move to Thursday with 2-min recoveries
